Returns and refunds
Unused, unlit candles can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email us before sending anything back and we will send instructions. Full terms on the Refund Policy page.

Scent, burn time, wax, safety — most of it is already answered on the FAQ and the Candle Safety Guide. If it is not there, ask us.
